**What you will do**
- Develop and/or oversee the creation of visually stunning graphics for advertising campaigns and various web pages;
- Supervise and guide the design process for social media content;
- To be able to provide justified design decisions based on competitive research and best practices, create wireframes and prototypes to support such decisions;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate work and ensure project success;
- Uphold brand guidelines;
- Respond swiftly to urgent requests while maintaining reasonably high quality;
- Employ agile methodologies to optimize workflows and meet deadlines;
- Demonstrate fast decision-making skills and proactively organize workflows;
- Ensure the overall quality and timeliness of design delivery for Marketing purposes;
**Must haves**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual or UX design;
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics software for creating engaging multimedia content;
- Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in graphic design, marketing materials, UI/UX design, and cross-team collaboration;
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro);
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a keen eye for detail;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with various stakeholders;
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
**Nice to haves**
- Experience in creating and implementing successful branding and marketing strategies;
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and other web technologies to ensure seamless integration of design elements;
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other website traffic analysis tools;
- Sufficient knowledge of UX design principles and user-centered design approaches;
- Ability to conduct user testing and gather insights to inform design iterations;
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to enhance design effectiveness;
- Active participation in industry events, conferences, or design communities to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements;
- A passion for mentoring and coaching team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth;
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
