**MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:Vehicle assembly line engineering managerEnforce all BRP policies and administer disciplinary measures when necessary.Conduct personal evaluations (PMP) of employees at intervals consistent with BRP policies.Determine the equipment / tools necessary to carry out the operations.Obtain and acquire tools.Design tools/accessories as needed.Resolves quality problems.Assembly line balance.Develop PFMEA.Implement short and long term improvements.Acquisition of capital goods.Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.Carry out activities related to security.Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO9001:2015.Comply with the safety rules determined according to your function.Complete planned training related to Quality and Training on time.Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITYBRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs and experiences.
