She/he is also responsible for providing content updates, resolving issues and serving as a link between the operational teams and the strategy team.In this role, the Sr. Media Admin is responsible for maintaining and keeping up to date the 30 days Smartsheet tracker, daily follow up on the Media Ops process in all of our properties, communicating content status on a weekly basis, and keeping a detailed tracking status on Original Content Production (LOP's).Additionally, the Sr. Media Admin has a strong knowledge of language usage, is detail-oriented, has a solid background in internal operation processes, and represents our internal team when necessary.The Daily – Major ActivitiesContent Management:Responsible for getting all the accurate information about content/components status of all of our original content, or of acquired content with the different Ops teams such as: VOD team, Media Ops, Dubbing & Subtitling dept, Strategy team, Metadata teams, Artwork teams, etc.Responsible to track component/content status.Responsible to report any content/component issue that may need revision and follow up resolution with the appropriate teams.Responsible for skinny creation and update any information that could affect the structure of a content.Contributing with the Case Creation/Selection teams on any information needed for the proper content publishing process.Content Tracking:Responsible to track Content/components status needed for publishing. On missing assets, keep a deep follow up status with the appropriate teams.Provide updates on content availability on a weekly basis, keeping the key teams updated such as: strategy, Content Ops, etc.Provide status on critical content and work with the appropriate teams on different scenarios if needed.Responsible to handle different types of content that demand diverse needs (e.G., Day & Day content, branded content, gold medal content, social media content, etc.).Content Readiness:Responsible to secure the proper publication on time of content under the Max streaming platform.Ensure that all components (video, metadata, and artwork) are up to date and correspond to the content published
