MSLs engage in in-depth medical and scientific product or disease area discussions and presentations in a non-promotional scientific context.The MSL will primarily support the company's Specialty Franchise collaborating with a cross-functional team to transform the therapeutic context of interest.Your responsibilities:Develop and maintain peer-to-peer collaborations and relationships with key medical experts in oncology, hematology, or other therapeutic areas of interest.Engage with the external community in scientific dialogue to generate insights and advance medical and scientific understanding.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the access strategy.Support clinical development initiatives, including site identification, trial recruitment, registry, and follow-up activities for investigator-sponsored, collaborative sponsored, and GSK-sponsored studies.Perform all job responsibilities in compliance with regulations, standard operating procedures, industry practices, and GSK safety guidelines.Adhere to GSK policies and procedures for MSL and Medical Affairs, supporting the safe and appropriate use of research compounds and products, and partnering with Medical Affairs areas and the Sales team.Why you?Basic Qualifications:Location: Guadalajara or Monterrey.Bachelor's degree in medicine with proven experience in oncology or hematology.2-3 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in oncology or hematology.Advanced proficiency in English.Strong knowledge of the Private and Public Healthcare Systems, including guidelines and operations of private insurers, healthcare organizations, the general health council, and local regulatory agencies.Proven ability to work within matrix teams, influence stakeholders, and align strategies to capitalize on opportunities with external organizations.Preferred Qualifications:Medical specialization in the therapeutic area is desirable (e.G. oncology, hematology).Why GSK?Uniting science, technology, and talent to get ahead of disease together.GSK is a global biopharma company with a special purpose – to unite science, technology, and talent to get ahead of disease together – so we can positively impact the health of billions of people and deliver stronger, more sustainable shareholder returns – as an organization where people can thrive.
