We are pleased to introduce you to our client, an emerging US-based company that delivers custom application solutions to clients nationwide and develops and maintains software platforms (web, mobile, and desktop) for both client-facing and internal tool portals.
The position   We're looking for a Senior Monitoring Engineer, who will be responsible for supporting the Managed Services Operations Team's tools and platforms, focusing on network, security, and systems monitoring.
Analyze and tune systems to report accurately, utilizing tools like SolarWinds and Logic Monitor.
Your main tasks will be:  Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems.
Monitor IT systems for performance and availability issues.
Develop and implement monitoring solutions with IT personnel.
Create tools, dashboards, and reports for actionable information.
Troubleshoot IT problems using monitoring data.
Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and change requests.
Technical Requirements   8+ years of IT experience in network performance management.
4+ years in performance analysis, operation support, and tuning for monitoring applications.
Experience with Windows and Linux administration.
Proficient in scripting (Python, Shell/Bash, PowerShell).
Experience with monitoring solutions like Splunk, SolarWinds, Logic Monitor, or Nagios.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
