Possess strong communications skills and the ability to build trust and integrity in your relationships with our business partners. Present capabilities and services IT provides effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space. Deep understanding of network application protocols such as DNS, HTTP, encryption, and skills tackling problems solved with network packet capture. Rich understanding of wired or wireless network protocols and the impact of latency on global wide area networking. Proven knowledge of datacenter and cloud networking, including scripting/programming knowledge on automation and concepts of redundancy. Solid grasp of optimization technologies including compression, caching, load balancing, and distributed topology. Technologies: You should have experience in or exposure to the following technologies: NGFW, Cloud security, WAF, DNS RPZ, SDWAN, SDN, Microsegmentation using Zscaler or Cloudflare. Current popular Network OSes, Network virtualization, Hybrid Clouds like Azure/AWS/Google, Linux, Docker, etc. Datacenter technology EVPN/VXLAN, MP-BGP, MLAG, VARP, spine-leaf topology using Arista Networks. IPSec, MB-BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, VRF, VXLAN, STP, IRF/Clustering, LACP, 802.1x, 802.1q, 802.11, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL x509, QoS. DevSecOps, Rest API, Python, Perl, C, Javascript, Powershell, Bash scripting, Ansible, Terraform, etc. Zero Trust principles and least-privileges access. WAN SD-WAN and Optimization using Versa Networks. Education: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Certification: Current CCNP or CCIE (must)
