Responsible for the optimal functioning of network and security components
- Implements the tools guaranteeing the coherence of the infrastructures;
- Has a global and updated vision of information systems as well as a good knowledge of the company;
- Carries out a permanent inventory and manages the various components of the various networks and security components;
- Monitors and analyzes performance, implements measures likely to improve the quality or productivity of networks and tools.
- Develops the rules for using the tools, in accordance with the norms and standards of the company and in accordance with service contracts.
- Installs the active part of the connections (switches, bridges, routers), computer hardware (connected servers) and network software;
- Respects the installation, connection... procedures for hardware and software;
- Provides support to operating teams on Major incidents (prioritization of actions and participation in crisis units);
- Participation in the management of changes and releases into production while ensuring the correct measurement of the impacts for his client.
- Proposal for continuous improvement of the infrastructure and processes.
- The Network & Security Build Specialist has a role of identifying, proposing and steering simple organizational and technical changes to improve the LAN, TolP, visio and security service on the operated perimeter
**Qualifications** Education and/or Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree required in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
- Requires 5+ years of experience in information technology
- Experience in Network Expertise required
- Experience in Security Expertise preferred
