**Senior Operations Advisor**
As the Lead of Operations at Crimson Education, you will spearhead initiatives that enhance service delivery and create value for our students. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead projects focused on process improvements, drive automation initiatives, and ensure optimal use of technologies.
**What are the main responsibilities for this role?**
- Maintain and improve quality standards, analytics reporting, and highlight opportunities for staff development
- Maintain thorough documentation and training for standard operating procedures
- Serve as the liaison between Service Delivery and Tech teams regarding new developments and feature rollouts
- Monitoring of system availability and working closely with the technology team in case of malfunctions or outages
- Oversee change management for new workflows and assist with product launches
- Take ownership of select critical business workflows within Service Delivery
- Run recurring initiatives like Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys
- Utilize data and reporting to surface insights, diagnose problems, and highlight improvement opportunities
- Liaise with software service providers on behalf of the Student Success Team at Crimson
- **Project Management**
- Plan and manage projects aimed at operational improvements, leveraging strong analytical abilities
- Display meticulous attention to detail in scoping initiatives, compiling requirements, and communicating to stakeholders
- Optimization of workflows
- Enhancements to quality assurance practices
- Revamps of personnel hiring and onboarding
- Technology integrations
- Enabling infrastructure upgrades
- Analytics and reporting enhancements
**What skills and experience are required?**
- 3+ years managing projects or leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Understanding and experience with reporting activities, issues and requirements in a global organisation
- Sharp analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Adaptability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workflows simultaneously
- Advanced analytical abilities across Microsoft Excel and (preferably) database coding languages like Python, SQL, etc
- Advanced interpersonal skills to problem solve in high-pressure situations
- A high appetite for personal development and hard work - the role will feature intense mentorship and collaboration, in a fast-paced and high-expectations environment
- Applied experience as project manager (does not require official certification)
