Division Overview
Customer Services is an integral part of Adenza's growth and success. This division's mission is to continuously enhance the Adenza Customer experience in how they consume the Adenza software and services, using a strategic customer-centric approach focused on driving customer adoption and retention. Team and Role Overview
This position gives you a tremendous opportunity to work with some of the capital market's largest players while managing a team delivering world-class operational services. Customer Success is composed of several organizations that manage the customer's journey at Adenza, all of which are aligned to this common goal: providing the best customer experience via world-class service for our growing customer base.

**Responsibilities**:
Work together with the team to design, implement, and manage systems that deliver against requirements for functionality, scalability, performance, and reliability
Serve as a technical escalation point for critical production issues and drive escalation/resolution of problems into Support and Engineering teams
Work hands-on with the Database systems, install and configure them, and test that it meets the customer's technical and business requirements
Support and interact with clients to manage Production Environments and ensure the availability of the Database infrastructure. Triage and analyze issues, including performance and connectivity issues
Create and document processes and standards
Participate in DR tests to maintain high levels of readiness to ensure business continuity
Skills And Requirements
BS and/or MS in Computer Science or a related field
At least 7+ years in a SaaS environment for a managed infrastructure or cloud-based solution
Good knowledge of public cloud architecture (OCI, AWS)
Must have experience on Experience with Oracle RAC 19c and Multitenant database environments. Good interpersonal and communications skills, with an ability to communicate in non-technical terms to non-technical people
Experience with RMAN backup and restore and Handling Oracle tools
Strong analytical skills and a familiarity with problem-solving, attention to detail and quality, and a desire for improvement
Knowledge of DBA tasks - schema management, tablespace management, jobs management, pdbs management
Experience with scripting languages such as Unix Shell will be an advantage
Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, Red Hat Linux, and Windows servers
Must have a basic understanding of Exadata Management and support
Basic understanding of OCI/AWS migration skills
A passion for providing excellent service to all internal and external customers
Ability to work in a 24/7 environment
