The Operations Technician is responsible for maintaining, completing setups andrepairs of production line equipment.
He/she is responsible for ensuring that all unplanned maintenancework assigned to him/her for all production equipment is executed, maintaining the Department'sexpected levels of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Compliance with Good ManufacturingPractices (GMPs) by raising observations and communicating them to his supervisor for corrections.You will be responsible for:Under limited supervision and in accordance with all federal, state and local laws/regulations andJohnson & Johnson Corporate procedures and guidelines, this position:- Responsible for manufacturing equipment setups/setups and respective documentation.- Support manufacturing in the timely repair of equipment and machinery.- Perform unplanned emergent and corrective maintenance activities according to approved methods and documentation.- Participate in the transfer of new production lines.- Provide recommendations and technical support on new projects and OAC.- Follow up on all company safety policies and other safety precautions within the work area.- Compliance with safety policies and procedures.- Ensures Environmental Management Systems (EMS) responsibilities are met
