You will be part of the 'IP Development Group' focusing on critical and standard circuits for DRAM-related memory products.You will be responsible for developing, designing, optimizing, verifying block-level circuits for all DRAM-related projects at Micron. Proficiency in both analog and digital CMOS design skills is required for working on various circuits. Collaboration with Product Engineering is necessary for verifying silicon performance against simulation results.Circuits targeted include I/Os, voltage regulators, generators, amplifiers, oscillators, pumps, translators, repair-related circuits, DLLs, and standard control logic. Work will also involve collaboration with Process integration and transistor modeling personnel to design circuits for Micron's next-generation process node.You will work closely with various design teams across US/Japan/India and other countries, leveraging resources available globally. Additionally, you will provide layout supervision and optimize layouts through post-layout simulations.
