You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to build out new partner sales channels.
You will work with partners to establish a strategic account planning process and agree upon performance objectives.
This person will be responsible for coordinating internal resources to meet and exceed performance objectives and customer expectations.About the roleLead large cross-functional partner initiatives.
Program manage and work with internal and external stakeholders to improve partner performance.Create reporting dashboards, documentation of various workstreams across CX, marketing, finance, accounting, sales, and product.Identify, research, and solve business-related issues and document new systems and processes for project implementation, and discrepancy investigations.Evaluate the current portfolio of partners and put together go-to-market plans and sales enablement materials.Gain insight into customer needs via direct relationships and via sales reps to prioritize which partners to bring to market via sales channel.Facilitate and run trainings on partner products to our sales team.Support the partner experience by answering and fielding partner inquiries, compile areas of improvements, and help troubleshoot internally when issues arise
