Our diverse global team, representing over 50 nationalities across 11 international locations, is united by a single goal to deliver the best products and services to our partners and customers.Join us and help shape the future of payments.The Purpose:As part of the Global Payment Partnerships team, you will be responsible for the commercial and strategic relationships with our existing and prospective payment partners across the region.The primary objectives in this role will be to own, nurture and significantly grow the business with our existing payment partners, collaborating with our product, operations and commercial teams to identify additional transaction revenue channels through data, feature gap and business case analysis.What will you be doing: Support of current local payment method business relationshipsSupport to monitor the LPM relationship (with various internal tools) to identify problems, suggest improvements and resolve issues supported by internal teams and tools to achieve these objectivesSupport relationships with Acquirers to find new business opportunitiesSupport Product and Technical teams with issues or improvements related to payment methodsWork closely with the main Card SchemesReview the current commercial and contractual terms with providersSupport aligning regularly with other teams, including product, onboarding, and operations, to discuss the LPM's current business and future plansStay on top of the latest payment developments in the industry by observing trends and opportunities that arise in the market and sharing these insights with relevant teamsEffectively communicate internally to give a current and accurate view of the LPM's business results, current issues, products and services, and future plans.You'll need to have:Hands-on in executing activitiesGood communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to excite and inspire othersCommercial mindsetPayment market knowledgeThe desire to learn and to growGood interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills and have a good eye for detailEnglish fluentSpanish fluentWhat's in it for you?:Hybrid working - We offer a hybrid structure with a 3 days / week on site expectation, so you can strike the balance between office and home working.
