Job Responsibilities:Receives, verifies and compiles the necessary information for the preparation of the payroll process in coordination with the Finance department.Acts as a process expert and internal consultant for Payroll, IMSS, IDES, SUA.Responsible for accurately executing the process of calculating bonuses, retroactive payments, discounts, withholdings, settlements, among others.Prepares weekly pre-payroll reconciliations, payroll comparisons and overtime payments.Verifies that the validation reports for each process (check-list) are correctly processed and documented before affecting the payroll.Manages grocery voucher portal for the assignment of accounts in the payroll system and electronic distribution of vouchers.Resolves questions and provides information to staff about complex problems related to the payroll process.Participates in internal/external audits.Responsible for maintaining updated processes and/or procedures for assigned activities.Keeps payroll files up to date.Analyzes and executes the processes of his position with discretion.Leads process improvement activities to identify efficiencies in the execution of the payroll transactions.Provides support in various activities in the payroll area and Human Resources department.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.5+ years of experience in Payroll end to end processing for manufacturing and non-manufacturing environments.Proficient in HR-Payroll Tress system (reporting and payroll module is a must).Experience with HR SAP module is a plus.Proficient in IMSS, IDES, SUA management.Experience managing IMSS audits, requirements and disputes.Experience in calculating Fonacot and Infonavit withholdings.Experience implementing controls and audits to guarantee effective execution of payroll processes.Experience partnering with local or global stakeholders with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.Experience in project management for local or global implementations is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
