Our purpose, team, and company culture are amazing and our Great Place to Work certification in Mexico says it all!What You'll be DoingThis position is to support the proper performance of the payroll core activities, such as: voluntary and non-voluntary terminations paychecks calculations, upload/capture payroll requests, managing local payroll tax calculation-payment, saving fund loans, local payroll tasks, and back up of Benefits process such as restaurant and grocery coupons monthly requests, follow up and resolution of any kind of discrepancies on these benefits.Address, validation, and resolution on Payroll incidences through ticketing tool. Assists in testing process to payroll system changes.You'll report to the Payroll Manager.During a Typical Day, You'llUpload payroll incidences, validate payroll taxes, and validate Fonacot Loans to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.Calculate voluntary and non-voluntary terminations paychecks.Reconcile and process Local Payroll Tax and process Savings Fund Loans.Load, reconcile, and payment of Fonacot Loans.Escalate payroll and system issues as appropriate.Deliver documents required to the Government Institutions such as FONACOT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and Secretaria de Finanzas.What You Bring to the RoleBegin bachelor's degree or unfinished bachelor's degree related to administrative areas.Able to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of employee and payroll data.
