.**Job Overview**:Create and maintain the Project Implementation Program in coordination with the departments of engineering, procurement and construction, as well as weekly monitoring of project status to generate the reports required by Management, Project Management and Customer.**Key Tasks and Responsibilities:- Develop the overall project schedule based on the contractual scope by Primavera P6 software.- Calculate progress and productivity in the GMPS (Global McDermott Progressing System) using spent hours caught in the Kronos system and the physical progress by Production Engineers.- Generate Factsheet (sheet of progress and productivity) of the project in the GMPS System (Global System Progressing McDermott) to evaluate the cumulative performance and from the week for each discipline.- Identify the critical path of the project through the Primavera program for validation by superintendents and project manager.- Organizing the meeting 2wla (2 weeks ahead) with PMT (project team) to review the program, progress and productivity.- Develop and disseminate the weekly report consisting of s-curves, histograms and forecasts project completion to present the project status PMT project.- Prepare monthly executive report on PRDB System (Project Review Data Base) to present the overall project status to management in which progress, s-curves, histograms and termination forecasts are included.- Identify changes, risks and opportunities in the programming of activities in relation to the contractual scope of the project to help management in decision-making.- Develop plan relevant project milestones such as first cut, lifting, rolling frames, ready for loading and departure for measurement and achievement.- Develop procurement program in Excel format established to monitor the delivery of principal equipments of the project. The dates provided will be incorporated into the overall project schedule in Primavera.- Realice weekly walks to the yard to generate the reports with photographic evidence most important activities such as indoor lifts, rolling frames, equipment installation, loading, mooring and departure of the structures.- Ensure the use of personal protective equipment during weekly trips to work to implement security policies of the company.- Comply global McDermott procedures relating to Project Control Department to standardize the planning process.- Identify deviations in the program and address the corrective actions to ensure compliance with the overall project plan actions.**Essential Qualifications and Education**:- Minimum 8 years' experience in similar position.- Engineer Degree or related.**Preferred Qualifications and Education**:- Knowledge in Primavera P6 construction projects.- Knowledge in Microsoft Project Planner.- Intermediate English (oral and written).- Intermediate Microsoft Office.- Adobe Acrobat.- Communication and negotiation skills.- Focused Project Control anticipating potential problems.- Working under pressure
