The successful candidate will have extensive experience and expertise in technologies such as Power BI, Qlik and BI Architecture. Responsibilities Maintain and administer our BI platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. Design and implement scalable and efficient BI infrastructure and architecture. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand platform requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Lead the implementation and integration of BI tools across the organization. Proactively monitor and optimize the performance of the BI platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the BI platform. Assist in the development and implementation of governance and compliance policies within the BI platform. Mentor and coach junior platform Engineers. Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the BI space, and actively drive the adoption of new technologies and tools when applicable. Provide expert advice and guidance on BI platform-related projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of BI platform services. Stay current with new data technologies and programming models. Be self-motivated and creative. Able to function in a Global team structure and are able to influence your priorities with shared infrastructure teams. Qualifications The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in BI platform engineering or administration roles. Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with Power BI, Qlik and other relevant BI platforms
