They are responsible for making key decisions for technical issues related to the product development after considering everything from cost to quality of hardware and software. Provide technical direction for manufacturing process of all stations across SMT, final assembly, testing, and packaging. This will include but not limited to cycle time, yields, failure analysis, escalations, recovery process, and tracking in Jira. Deep dive in builds during the NPI phase, work with NPI team for process flow definition, manufacturing process set up and approval for mass production.
