You will work closely with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to deliver data-driven solutions that have a real-world impact.- Must be available to work US hours_**What you're responsible for**- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex gig mobility and geolocation datasets- Conduct exploratory data analyses to inform hypotheses or answer customer questions and enable actionable insights and recommendations- Create data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate meaningful findings with a bias for action- Analyze user behavior within the app and develop hypotheses on how trends/patterns may impact our customers and their industries to aid in supporting the overall product strategy- Proactively engage internal stakeholders on newly identified trends/insights and define subsequent project objectives and requirements- Support go-to-market (sales, success, marketing) teams to understand market trends and communicate customer insights**What we're looking for**- 5+ years of experience working as a data analyst- Strong proficiency in SQL and best practices for query optimization- Strong proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.G., Looker, Mixpanel, Segment, etc
