We are part of the financial digital transformation, being one of the key players in México.Product Designers at Kueski drive meaningful change by discovering real people's problems in their relationship with finances and technology and exploring solutions that deliver delightful products and experiences. Partner with business and tech key stakeholders such as Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Customer experts, to explore, craft, execute, launch, and measure, from insight to design end-to-end user experience strategies.**Responsibilities**:- Reporting to the Product Design Lead- Work with product managers to learn about problem statements.- Conduct user research methods and work closely with Researchers.- Create low and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.- Prototype the mockups and validate them.- Help to feed the Design System as well as contribute to pattern libraries, style guides, and other guideline documentation.- Navigate ambiguity and clearly communicate decision rationale to designers and cross functional partners alike.- Work as a workshop facilitator.- Proactively lead design projects from start to finish.- Present design concepts and deliverables that meet business and client requirements.**Requirements of the position**:- 5+ years working as a designer for digital products.- Excellent communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions.- Proven experience conducting user research processes and managing outcomes to inform design initiatives and decisions.- Active collaborator with product managers and engineers.- Demonstrated experience developing and executing end-to-end product design.- Comfortable collaborating in new product ideas development in a fast-paced environment with high amounts of ambiguity.- Experience working with complex/large design initiatives.- Experience creating high-fidelity mockups in Figma- Have cross-platform design experiences (Web, Mobile).- Familiar with design layouts, and design principles.- Open to solicit and give feedback to/from other designers and partners.- Product Design portfolio or similar.- Experience as Product, UX, UI Designer working on b2b projects is a plus.Try us, We'll make you an offer you can't refuse...**Benefits and Perks**:- Major medical insurance- Stock options- Flexible work time, including working from home 100% Remote- 10 days of vacations + 50% vacation bonus- Personal Days- Saving Fund- Pantry Vouchers- 30 day Christmas Bonus
