What You Will Bring to the Team?
What would be your day-to-day responsibilities?
Reporting to the Product Director, here are some duties you would be responsible for:
- Work with product managers to learn about problems statements from user research.
- Come up with hypotheses on how we might solve these problems.
- Ideate solutions that implement these hypotheses.
- Have the ability to take light directions and rapidly convert them into design explorations, prototypes, and mocks.
- Create high-fidelity product designs in Figma.
- Prototype these designs and validate them.
- Work with the design team to build our design system and visual language.
- Work directly with engineers to turn validated designs into reality.

Soft Skills
- Excellent comunicator who can clearly articulate your design decisions, knowing that other´s expectations may differ from your intuition.
- You can review and give/receive feedback to/from other designers.
Technical Skills
- You have a good understanding of intuitive mobile design patterns and micro-interactions.
- You have excellent attention to detail and strive to make designs pixel-perfect.
- You are a savant in Figma and its features.
- You have an excellence sense of typography, layout, and design principles.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in product design or user experience.
*Consider that within the selection process you will be required to share with us a sample of your design work (portfolio / similar).
Education
Location: Remote.
The position requires that you work on Central Standard Time.
