It is a dynamic and flexible workplace where you'll belong, be encouraged, and be able to achieve your full potential**Your Role**:You will be responsible for the product life cycle which includes requirements gathering, design, code review, test, feature launch, presentation, documentation, and ensuring customers are supported during adoption of the solution. The current solution has been deployed by hundreds of customers around the world and growing into new geographies and target markets as new features and capabilities are added. As a Product Manager you will act as Product Owner on scrum teams covering key areas of functionality. Duties include talking with customers, prioritize the backlog of enhancements for customer value, clearly articulate the desired functionality to the scrum team, align stakeholders, innovate on technical possibilities, support the scrum team through the development process to ensure your vision is realized to the delight of customers.This is an opportunity to be part an exciting journey.**Skills**:- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Cost Accountant or have relevant supply chain, inventory, manufacturing software design or functional implementation experience.- Proven work experience as a Cost Accountant, Cost Analyst, Accountant, or similar role. Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures for inventory and manufacturing business processes.- In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and International Accounting Standards- Experience with cost accounting software- Interact directly with customers, peers, and senior management.- Leadership and communication skills.**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution.
