It's in our name & it's what we doTasksThe position and your daily adventuresWe're currently looking for a Product Manager. to work with our Credit team, to own and develop our Credit lifecycle process, including but not restricted to Credit core engine and Collections processes.This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we will expect to see you in the office 2-3 times a week.**What you can expect**:- Develop a deep understanding of the needs of our customers and our internal stakeholders- Develop a deep understanding of our product and our processes- Build a roadmap with the local tech team and stakeholders to deliver both new features and improvements for our customer onboarding processes- Take ownership of OKRs defined within the product team on a quarterly basis.- Deep dive into new topics and become a domain expert for our customer support and operations tools.- Gather, Structure and Communicate Requirements.- Help develop and define a vision to empower our internal teams with technology to bring the best service ever to our customers
