.**Your mission**:As the Growth Product Manager, you will be leading our Activation team that is responsible for devising effective journeys for first-time customers, creating seamless onboarding experiences for various customer segments and understanding how to successfully connect new customers to our product's value.As a (Senior) PM you will support our team in building our product growth function and making sure we provide the best experience to photographers to make them successful!**Your role**:As a PM for the Activation team, you will be responsible for the following:- Creating and optimizing an activation experience for our new self-serve customers that results in their deep & meaningful engagement with our product.- Performing detailed product analysis of the growth & product funnels to uncover best opportunities for product growth and customer engagement and translate them into proposals and goals.- Defining and owning KPIs for your team's scope and monitoring the effects of the metrics optimization.- Cooperating with the marketing, sales and product leaders to ensure quick implementation of product growth plans.- Collaborating with designers, engineers and analysts in your team to drive experimentation and development of your plans.**Skills we are looking for**:**Must-Haves**:- You have a strong comprehension of the product growth/PLG topic.- Fluency in product and growth analytics.- You are a structured and clear communicator (in English) who can articulate your findings and proposals to both technical and non-technical audiences.**Should-Haves**:- You've had previous experience working on customer/user activation journeys and creating onboarding experiences.- You're a creative problem solver and are able to identify growth opportunities that will drive the most significant business impact and develop innovative solutions to achieve them.- You have a strong sense of ownership over the product you are working on and are able to make things happen without waiting for perfect conditions.**Nice-to-haves**:- Solid knowledge of various testing methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing, incrementally testing, usability testing).- You've had previous experience working in a product-led growth B2B SaaS company.- Reforge Growth alumni
