You will develop and realize a bold direction and establish a strategic plan for our mobile apps that will increase engagement, expand our reach, and allow FreshBooks to scale and thrive.Note: This role can be worked Remotely from the above location.**What You'll Do as a Sr. Product Manager for Mobile**:- Understand our Customers using data-driven insights, competitive analysis, market intelligence, and customer research. Bring curiosity and a Customer-centric mindset to every decision.- Tell the story of what we are doing and the "why?" behind every product decision.- Evolve our vision for our mobile apps, using it to establish product strategies, identify KPIs, and develop 1-year and 3-year roadmaps.- Encourage a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making.- Drive execution in a cross-functional, dynamic environment. You will partner with engineers, product designers, data analysts, product marketing managers, and others to bring your plans to completion and achieve your stated outcomes.- Work with teams across the organization to develop and implement go-to-market plans that drive app usage and create awareness of mobile functionality and the value our apps deliver.- Establish and maintain a high standard of quality that creates an exceptional experience that is intuitive and personalized, and makes using our apps effortless.**What You'll Bring to the Role**:- Experience in leading the Product function for mobile apps (B2B preferred) with a strong understanding of the technical issues, marketplace, and user experience for iOS and Android platforms.- A deep understanding of UX patterns in iOS and Android devices and the ability to leverage that knowledge in collaborating with product designers and engineers to craft the strategic direction of our apps.- Data-fluency**_,_** an ability to derive insights from data, and exceptional communication skills that enable you to socialize your analysis and decisions to audiences at all levels of the organization.- A collaborative approach and a proven ability to build strong relationships.
