We are seeking a Senior Product Manager or Product Management Manager with solid experience in product management, capable of leading the complete lifecycle of digital products. This role requires a strong ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and a proven track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead product development from conception to launch.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other key teams.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Analyze market and customer needs to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion.
**Technical Requirements**:
- **Agile/Scrum**: Practical experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including facilitating sprints and managing backlogs.
- **Product Management Tools**:
- Jira: Expertise in project configuration and management.
- Aha! or Productboard: Experience in planning and tracking the product roadmap.
- Google Analytics and Mixpanel: Skills to analyze user data and behaviors.
- **Experience in Product Area**:
- E-commerce: Previous experience in developing and launching products on e-commerce platforms.
- API Integration: Ability to lead products requiring the integration of multiple APIs.
- Personalization: Experience managing products utilizing personalization algorithms, especially in AI.
**Certifications (Optional)**:
