Job Functions
- Collaborate with the team: Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to execute the product vision.
- User stories: Write and detail user stories in Jira.
- Manage the backlog: Maintain a well-organized and prioritized backlog.
- Measure product success: Use key metrics to evaluate product performance and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Experience with SaaS products (Nice to have): Demonstrates deep knowledge of SaaS products and the ability to manage the entire product lifecycle.
- Passion for construction (Nice to have): A genuine interest in the construction industry and its challenges.
- Agile mindset: Experience with agile methodologies and the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
- Customer focus: Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Leadership skills: Lead multidisciplinary teams and guide them toward success.
- Strategic thinking:
Define the medium-term vision of the product and make data-driven decisions.
Desirable Skills
- JIRA: A tool by Atlassian for agile project management.
- Slack: A real-time communication platform.
- Google Analytics: Used to track user behavior within the product.
- Notion: An all-in-one platform for managing notes, documents, databases, and tables.
- Confluence: Excellent for collaborative documentation and knowledge management.
