**What you will do**
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results and actively participating in the implementation of approved changes;
- Utilize analytics to support recommendations for changes, collaborating closely with senior management;
- Create, organize, and maintain requirements documentation and user stories to guide development;
- Act as a liaison between the product management and development teams, ensuring proper communication and understanding;
- Serve as the first point of contact for development team questions and clarifications;
- Ensure that all requirements are well understood and met, facilitating a seamless development process.
**Must haves**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field (Product Owner, Business Analyst, Quality Assurance, Project Management);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Demonstrated experience working with senior decision-makers;
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of requirements;
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player, fostering effective collaboration;
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
