A premier Automotive International Brand is looking for a:SENIOR PC&L MANAGER (Production Control and Logistics Manager) to join our team in Chihuahua.Job ResponsibilitiesImplements and maintains the inventory structure according to the specifications.Participates in each engineering change (smoothly phase out and phase in).
Meet plant inventory goals, maintain accurate inventories, and complete planned cycle counts.Ensure the proper parts are available to meet the production plan.Ensure the production plan is created to meet customer ship windows and inventories.Manage all outbound and inbound transportation.Support new program launches.Complete all required weekly and monthly reports.Perform internal audits.Maintain, modify, and improve departmental procedures.Manage supplier scheduling activities.Ensure indirect material is available to support engineering and maintenance operations.Monitor customer schedules and create manufacturing forecast plans.Qualifications10 years of experience in the Manufacturing Automotive field.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business preferred.
