Senior Production Planner

As a Senior Production Planner here at Honeywell Industrial Automation, you will be responsible for leading globally across the supply chain network to gather and manage information about our businesses' capacity to meet customer demand. You will report directly to our Senior Director, Planning and work out of our Chihuahua, Mexico location. In this role, you will impact and improve the supply chain planning and execution process within the Industrial Automation business. You will execute the vision and goals for your Materials Planning function and manage the processes to achieve excellence in SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning), supply planning, inventory and replenishment planning management, and resolution of supply chain issues.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Approval of Oracle sales orders to the ePSR project schedule needs
Manage ISC first promise on all orders and current promise weekly for project schedules based on project manager feedback
Liaison between project schedule needs and site production plan
Develop and execute the monthly SIOP supply plan and associated initiatives to achieve on-time shipments and a constrained master production plan per demonstrated capacity along with current lead times
Leads rough cut capacity meetings for the site
Drive efficiency across the supply chain through planning and forecasting material a supply schedule
Strategize with the broader supply chain team to level-load the plan and drive improvements in service, quality, inventory, and on-time shipment
Anticipate and mitigate implications of problems and gaps to the plan and accurately communicate/escalate
