**Job Description**:
- Coordinate overall site Finish Good Planning on daily activities to ensure an smooth operation.
- Provide proper support to team members thru the transformation process and ensure communication thru all (internal/external) organization levels
- Generate KPI's and reporting from area on timely fashion.
- Ensure daily compliance to service level, customer fill rate or any other task related with customer service satisfaction
- Responsible to monitoring and maintain Inventory Accuracy.
(Physical and MRP)
- Maintain System parameters(SAP/MRP) in perfect shape to ensure its reliability
- Oversee Logistics Operation to ensure continuous material flow to support Site Operation within agreed cost metrics
- To comply with 5's company policy.
- To comply with HSE policy and rules.
- Active participation in the processes and programs of ISO/TS-16949 and ISO 14001
**Qualifications**:
- Professional degree (Logistics, international trade or related)
- ** English Advanced 80% +**:
- Passionate about own initiative and willingness to drive change
- ** Excellent English communication skills also within different function and hierarchy levels (negotiation skill, team player across hierarchies, handling conflicts, curiosity and confidence)**:
- Logistics planning experience (e.g.
; SAP)
- Target and result oriented (quick and effective, entrepreneurial mindset)
- ** Strategic-analytic skills (e.g.
Excel, databases)**:
- Experience in working in SAP, Material Planning Systems, Reporting tools (SAP, Power BI, Tableau etc...)
- Good leadership and organizational skills
