Provision and deprovision employee roles and permissions, grant and revoke access to custom records/lists/fields, perform CSV imports, generate reports, setup dashboards and other configurations. Work closely with different process owners to develop and review the policies, procedures, controls, and other operational documentation for systems managed by the team. Ensure compliance with Audit requirements and assist Compliance team on SOX Compliance and other Audit tasks. Collaborate with BAs, Developers, and process owners to deliver projects and support ad hoc tasks.
