Available Locations: Remote, Mexico As a Professional Services Consultant for deploying solutions to attain Zero Trust/SASE, you will be the technical lead starting from the project kick-off until the customer is fully utilizing their contracted products and services. You will oversee and support technical implementation tasks for new and existing customers. You are a product expert and will leverage your knowledge to ensure that our customers understand and utilize the Cloudflare platform to its fullest extent. Your goal is to help customers to be successful and to derive the most value possible from their Cloudflare investment.
You will work closely with the Customer Success Manager (CSM), Customer Solutions Engineer (CSE) as well as every other team at Cloudflare, from Sales and Product to Engineering and Customer Support. Customer success will drive you through the entire organization as you implement scalable solutions for your customer's needs.
Responsibilities: As a critical member of the Customer Success team you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, additional products for existing customers and customers who come to us when their applications and networks are being attacked.
You will be part of a global team and will work closely with Sales and Customer SuccessFrom a technical perspective, your primary responsibilities will be to deliver a timely and organized onboarding for customers, ensure customers see the full value in Cloudflare's products, and advise on technical best practicesProvide customers with clear proactive technical guidance and expertise across all our productsCollaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, and other teams to assist with technical escalationsContribute towards the success of the organization through knowledge-sharing activities such as contributing to internal and external documentation, answering technical Q&A, and helping to iterate on best practicesExperiences might include a combination of the skills below: A minimum 5 years experience working in a technical implementation or onboarding team, security engineering team, security operations center or other highly technical teamDeep understanding of how the internet works:Internet and Security technologies such as SWG, Sandboxing, Firewalls, DLP, and VPNsLayers and protocols of the OSI model, such as TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTPReverse and forward proxies and the applications of bothSecurity aspects of an internet property, such as Firewalls, WAFs, Bot Management, Rate Limiting, (M)TLS, Zero TrustNetwork transformation technologies such as MPLS, SD-WAN or WAN OptimizationDemonstrated experience with:Software distribution in Microsoft, Mac and Linux environmentsDeep understanding of SSO, ADFS, LDAP and SAMLDeep understanding of the role of the IDP for SSOExperience working with Forward Proxy, Content Filtering & DLP solutionsDetailed working knowledge of web based security and network infrastructure, security proxies, such as NGFW, SSL/IPSec and SSL/TLS VPN appliance & services, Firewalls, etc.Security skills and certifications: CISSP, GCIA GCIH, GCFA, GCFE, CCIE, CCNP, JNCIE, MCSE, etc. will be a huge plusAbility to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demandsAbility to work with all levels of an organization (both internally and externally) with experience of both working cross-functionally and geographically.Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.Highly motivated, driven and passionate about technology and customer success.English speaking is a must.Preferred but not required: Understanding of, or experience with, regulatory requirements such a PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOC-2What Makes Cloudflare Special?
