5+ years of leading large complex programs experience
- 5+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies required plus at least 8 years of professional background
