.As a Senior Program Manager in the Device Services team, you will join us in shaping the future of repairable devices and service offerings. You will be part of the Device Repair Operations (DRO) team within Device Services and lead cross-functional teams in the development of repair infrastructure supporting NPI programs such as Surface and Xbox. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.This position is based in Ciudad Juarez, in a Partner Factory with an extended Microsoft team.ResponsibilitiesProgram Management- Drives development operations including managing and executing development builds, driving factory, and supply chain readiness in preparation for high volume manufacturing (e.G., Surface Mount Technology, device assembly, test, and repair).- Drives supply base strategy and execution (in cooperation with supply base), including defining supply base architecture, managing supply base risk, and leading execution of manufacturing plans to meet government regulations (e.G., Trade Act Assistance).- Drives timely launch communications including broad organizational communications, executive progress updates, and cross-functional alignment via product launch review.- Drives initiatives toward strategic transformation of New Product Introduction build sites with original design manufacturers.- Drives the organization through the launch of new products, establishing effective program infrastructure incorporating product technical requirements, program milestones, and stakeholder alignment.- Drives schedule development and management of New Product Introduction, identifying and developing milestone scope, conducting mitigation planning, and applying metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).- Drives financial impact planning, including capital planning and Strategic Investment Review (SIR) to align the organization on overall product investment.Product Launch- Drives the development, planning, and execution of a holistic cross-functional product launch strategy from product inception to hand-off to the sustaining business.Technical Program Leadership- Provides technical leadership across New Product Introduction efforts, prioritizing resources to critical issues and identifying technical program risks
