.As a Senior Program Manager in the Device Services team, you will join us in shaping the future of repairable devices and service offerings. You will be part of the Device Repair Operations (DRO) team within Device Services and lead cross-functional teams in the development of repair infrastructure supporting NPI programs such as Surface and Xbox. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.This position is based in Ciudad Juarez, in a Partner Factory with an extended Microsoft team.ResponsibilitiesProgram ManagementDrives development operations including managing and executing development builds, driving factory, and supply chain readiness in preparation for high volume manufacturing.Drives supply base strategy and execution, including defining supply base architecture, managing supply base risk, and leading execution of manufacturing plans to meet government regulations.Drives timely launch communications including broad organizational communications, executive progress updates, and cross-functional alignment.Establishes an effective program infrastructure incorporating product technical requirements, program milestones, cross-functional goals, and organizational interdependencies ensuring stakeholder alignment.Drives schedule development and management of New Product Introduction, identifies and develops milestone scope, and conducts mitigation planning.Drives financial impact planning, including creating alignment of finance impacting plan assumptions, conducting capital planning, and Strategic Investment Review.Conducts risk management efforts in new product introduction, including launch risk management and managing into production.Product Launch< Drives the development, planning, and execution of a holistic cross-functional product launch strategy.Holds accountability for portions of work to deliver best-in-class supply architecture solutions while achieving launch goals.Technical Program Leadership< Provides technical leadership across New Product Introduction efforts, prioritizing resources to critical issues.Identifies technical program risks and builds mitigation plans, proactively creating innovative engineering and process solutions.QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, program management, hardware development, or consumer electronics
