- responsible for leading an NPI team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will support the development and implementation of project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Organize, plan and direct program schedule and budget._
- _ Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results._
- _ Coordinate with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (delivery, quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.
)._
- _ Provide support, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required._
- _ Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments made related to product development timelines, delivery, quality, and the required business metrics._
- _ Review program proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allocation of available resources to various phases of program._
- _ Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of the program and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel._
- _ Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction and have responsibility for accounts of various complexities._
- _ Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues._
- _ Responsible for customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions._
- _ Maintain current business and develop additional business with customers._
- _ Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met._
- _ Responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers._
- _ Support production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through leadership and expertise._
- _ Coordinate program activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies._
- _ Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce._
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience._
- _ Fluent English oral and written._
- _ Previous experience in similar position._
- _ Previous experience in program/project management._
- _ Previous experience in PCBA and electronics manufacturing._
- _ NPI and Product Transfers experience._
- _ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities._
- _ Demonstrable track record of managing cross-functional teams to achieve objectives._
- _ Must be a self-starter with innovation, integrity, and attention to details._
- _ Strong communication skill._
- _ P&L knowledge, revenue & forecasting experience._
- _ Experience with demanding customers._
- _ Strong and working knowledge on MS Office, MS Project, MRP and PLM._
