Senior Program Manager, International Supply Chain

Amazon Mexico´s Int´l Supply Chain team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to provide both tactical and strategic leadership for import and inbound transportation programs as well as to drive launch of new programs and manage projects in the International supply chain field.You will also require to support existing operations and identify, create, develop and integrate innovative solutions that lead to improvements, scalability and efficiency in our supply chain.We are looking for a motivated self-starter that can work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment.Key job responsibilitiesThe Senior Program Manager key responsibilities are 1) To identify opportunities for new programs, prepare and effectively drive business case discussions to justify investments and drive implementation of new programs or projects.2) Work with product, operations, technology and partner teams to identify cost reduction and cost avoidance opportunities.3) Identify and address customer and business pain points and process optimization opportunities by deep diving data, operational processes and working with cross-functional teams.4) Set up milestones, goals to measure progress and report on them.5) Influence without authority by communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences including Directors and VPs.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Mexico City, DIF, MEXBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 6+ years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience- English Advance C1+- Bachelors degreePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field- PMP certificate
