**Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Provide oversight and management of all Contractor personnel, logistics, support, and other program management responsibilities.
- Shall be contractor's interface to the KO and/or their designated representative (COR/ACOR) and shall be available as necessary during all duty hours and have authority to meet with the KO or COR/ACOR to discuss and resolve contract matters.
- Maintain 100% accountability and awareness of all personnel at all times when contractor personnel are deployed including an accurate listing of all Regional Managers (RMs) and Program Management Administrative Support/Site Leads with contact information and provide it to the COR as changes occur.
- Maintain a daily status report (DSR) (SIPRNET) for accountability with random COR inspections.
- Deliver contactor status on weekly status report (NIPRNET).
- Compile daily activities reports on a weekly basis for inspection by COR, government lead, or TPOC.
- Provide a Monthly Status Report.
- Develop a "Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP)" for continuation of services.
- Provide recommendations and comments for assessing and reporting intelligence related requirements.
- Assist with implementation of intelligence support program as laid out in the PWS.
**Here's what you'll need**:
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or 8 additional years relevant management experience
- At least 8 years of experience working in the government environment as either a member of the Armed Forces, Government, or contractor employee with at least 5 years management experience including leading large complex projects or multi-disciplined teams.
- At least 2 years of experience in the CENTCOM AOR
- TS/SCI clearance
**Desired Requirements**:
- **Desired Experience**: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- **Desired Education**: Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
- Experience in either Afghanistan or Iraq/SWA regional/political/military issues
- Former US Army Command or equivalent experience
