In this position, you will provide world-class customer support for our programmatic customers and work cross-functionally with internal teams to maximize the impact and value of our PMP and Data products. The ideal candidates are expert campaign optimizers with an adept understanding of the various hierarchies and nuances of multiple programmatic platforms (Ad Servers, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc) who can take a dataset and turn it into insights that result in campaign extensions and incremental spend. We move fast and the ideal candidate must be willing to constantly adapt to new situations and challenges.This specific Sr. Programmatic Consulting role will focus more on supporting Samba TV Advantage (STVA) customers, Samba's partnerships with premium CTV publishers, and inventory optimization efforts through our SSPs.Requirements: must live within 50 miles of a Samba Office in NYC, LA, or SF. Required in office 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday).Responsibilities:Drive incremental segment growth across all STVA accounts and platforms.Onboard, manage, and optimize CTV inventory for Samba's PMP and OX products.Develop best practices for inventory management & programmatic operations.Work cross-functionally with BD, Sales, Product, and Partner Development teams to create tailored solutions for STVA and Brand/Agency clients.Analyze and verify all monthly audience usage with AP & AR for recon and billing.Become an expert of Samba's Audience product offerings and proprietary tools.Develop training material and documentation for both internal teams and customers.Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in the CTV and programmatic landscape to ensure compliance with the latest regulations and developments.Minimum Requirements:5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, preferably with sell-side experience at a SSP or publisher.Strong understanding of ad tech, ad servers, SSPs, DSPs, and DMPs (Springserve, Magnite, Freewheel, Xandr, Pubmatic, OpenX).Experience with yield management techniques, pricing strategies, and working directly with major CTV publishers or streaming platforms.Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships with publishers, platforms, brands, and agencies.Proficiency in data analysis & visualization tools (Excel, Datorama/MCI, Tableau, SQL).Experience with project management and CRM tools (Jira, Salesforce, Asana, etc).Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
