Provide administrative office support:- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information- Manages assigned projects individually with support of other staff and follows up on progress ensuring timely completion.- Provides historical reference of documents by developing and utilizing both electronic and manual filing and retrieval systems.- May be called upon to record minutes of meeting discussions.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.- Act as an information source to management- Coordinate staff meetings- Keep the office area organized and professional in appearance- Maintains office supply inventory; placing and expediting orders for supplies and verifying receipt of supplies.- Maintains appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel of REG staff and visitors as necessary- Maintain a central calendar with management's schedules- Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone and answering or directing inquiriesSPECIFIC SKILLS- Complete understanding of Microsoft Office and can accurately and efficiently utilize Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook- Knowledge and experience with Visio, Procore, SharePoint and DocuSignJOB REQUIREMENTS:- Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Be available for daily work and overtime as required- Present REG and self in a professional manner- Be able to work independently or as a team player- Perform other duties as assignedJOB QUALIFICATIONS:- Education Required: 2-year business degree or equivalent job-related experience preferred- Experience Required: 3-5 years administration assistant work experience preferred- Skills Required: Ability to use office equipment (computer, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine).
