Our Approach.POSITION TITLE: Project Control AnalystLOCATION: Mexico City, MEX: This position is responsible for managing and controlling the financial performance of Client projects in support of the delivery project manager including accounting, billing, cash flow and estimating/forecasting, in addition to providing support and guidance to project managers with respect to estimate at completion reporting.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:- Managing the financial aspects of assigned Client projects in support of the delivery project manager.- Setting up new projects in Infor LN; managing the correct cost disposition for project transactions, working with the project manager to manage active tasks.- Effectively communicating with project managers regarding contract documents, change order tracking and reporting, and any additional services as required.- Providing standard and ad hoc reporting in support of the project manager.- Preparing forecasting, estimate at completion reporting and cash flow projections for assigned projects.- Analyzing project variances and delayed collections and communicating this information to management.- Preparing monthly invoice package in accordance with the contractual requirements for approval by the project manager.- Maintaining a continuous line of communication to rectify any open issues.- Other duties as required
