BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe.BEPC has an OPEN POSITION for Project Coordinator Senior in Ciudad Juarez, apply to join our fast-growing team of consultants!KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare, review, and maintain project-related documentation such as project charters, Gantt charts, risk assessments, and technical reports.Prepare and present written and oral reports and other presentations to internal and external audiences, including cross functional managementIdentify project risks, track mitigation strategies, and ensure timely communication of potential risks to stakeholders.Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant medical device regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.Assist in the allocation of project resources, tracking project budgets, and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Tracks and presents budget variances, and recommends contingency optionsAct as a liaison between project teams, and upper management, ensuring transparency and alignment on project status, goals, and issues. Prepare and present written and oral reports and other presentations to internal and external audiences, including cross functional managementSupport project teams in adapting to changes in scope, timelines, and resource needs, while maintaining overall project quality and compliance.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.6+ years of project management experience, within the medical device industry.Advanced English level (strong conversational level)Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects, from initiation to closure, with a focus on timelines, budget, and quality.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.G., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.G., MS Project)Knowledge of medical device regulations (FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485)Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to anticipate risks, manage project changes, and implement mitigation strategies#J-18808-Ljbffr
