Senior Technical Consultant
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a design authority for an engineering discipline. Each day, you will complete assignments on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring assignments are completed in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in San Luis Potosi. You will be mainly accountable for: -Development of schematics control diagrams -Creation of Macronaming tables -Mechanical Design of distribution panels -Contribute with ideas, modifications and corrections to product design development team -Assist meetings with the product configuration development team.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, electro-mechanical
- 5 yrs experience in electrical design of electrical distribution gears MV and LV or similar electrical products
- Strong experience in electrical design software E-Plan P8 and ProPanel
- Basic 3D modeling with Creo Parametric or SolidWorks, and 2D AutoCAD
- Strong command over data analytics particularly Excel programming (macros)
- Advanced English
- USA Visa preferred or able to obtain it and travel up 20%
