Technical lead for all engineering activities in assignments classified as medium engineering complexity. Ensure that activities related to engineering discipline within the project are efficiently and cost-effectively executed, in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements. The role of Senior Project Lead Engineer is crucial for the actual development of the product sold by ABB.

**This position reports to**:
Engineering Manager II

**Your responsibilities**:

- Basic Team Management, (5 to 10 designers/engineers).
- Technical leadership and knowledge sharing.
- Standard solutions oriented.
- Assist customer on questions/comments regarding his product.
- Coaches' new designers/engineers.

**Your background**:

- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering (desirable), electro-mechanical engineer, control or automation engineer, mechanical-electrician engineer or similar.
- 5 Years of Experience (minimum).
- E-plan proficiency.
- SAP Proficiency.
- Deep knowledge of Medium Voltage MCC plus Medium Voltage Switchgear.
