Senior Project Leader

Job Description Your mean role will be Leading projects related technical functions and maintenance field.
Define mail-stones and work packages to ensure the timing and achievement of project objectives.
Manage communication contracts and projects.
Stake holders management.
Manage accounts, handle their expectations, and build strong relationships.
Maintain complete P&L responsibility for the account/s under your supervision.
Develop a strong client base by maintaining a regular meeting schedule with existing and prospective clients/representatives of your accounts.
Understand client needs and translate them into service offerings.
Undertake and oversee the drafting of offers for new service offerings.
Manage relationships with partners and subcontractors involved in your projects.
Regular reporting within the Project structure (core team and steering cometee).
Obtain business intelligence across the market segment.
Work with the team to develop the business at every level.
Qualifications University degree in technical fields or related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience as a Project or Account Manager, preferably in the field maintenance or production.
At least 5 years of experience in Maintenance or Manufacturing envireoment.
Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (relevant certifications are a plus).
Demonstrated business development skills.
Well organized including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Able to work in a multinational environment.
Keen to synthesize information into a concrete plan.
Eager to drive business forward through managing client relationship on a daily basis.
Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
