As a member of our Industry 4.0 (Digital Transformation) team, you will be responsible for driving Manufacturing Execution System (MES) deployments across our supply chain network.
You will work closely with our IT, Integration and Manufacturing teams to impart state-of-the-art automation within our network of global manufacturing facilities.How will you make a difference?The Senior Project Leader will create and deploy the strategy for conversion of legacy production control systems to the Wabtec MES.
They will also work cross-functionally to define future state MES functionality, while ensuring global process standardization, and flexibility for continuous improvement.What do we want to know about you?Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (Or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Supply Chain or IT environment)Minimum of 10 years of Supply Chain, Operations, or IT experienceMinimum of 5 years of Oracle ERP experienceProven functional depth within discipline.Demonstrated Project / Program Management ability.Advanced finance acumenExcellent organizational integration and influencing skills.Strong interpersonal and leadership skillsStrong presentation skills and ability to communicateProven track record for meeting customer / business needsClear thinking and strong prioritization skillsSix Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification recommendedWhat will your typical day look like?Collaborate with IT regarding design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's MES platformCollaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, IT, etc
