This is your chance to be part of a team that has the backing to innovate, disrupt an industry and change lives**About this role**:The Project Management Lead will use their IT expertise, bio-pharma industry trends and in-depth understanding of AZ business priorities to lead the functional/capability IT/Digital strategy development, investment planning, and delivery. They will own the overall portfolio and lead one or a set of interrelated major global projects/programmes. The role maintains project accountability, from initiation to close, to deliver effective solutions that meet approved customer and business needs.The role is accountable for a distributed team of BA/PM/Scrum Hybrids who are responsible for resolving and delivering solutions to approved budget and schedule commitments whilst meeting required quality and compliance standards. Focus areas include partner management (varies by organization), risk management and delivery of business benefit. This role is also required to follow established project management standards and lead / supply to continued development of the project / programme management capability.Strong collaboration is required working with colleagues across the BTG and the C4Es, to identify the capabilities required to ensure outcomes/requirements and clearly understood and can be delivered.
