You will evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project, lead engineering projects; monitor progress and performance against the project plan and identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Besides product transfer, you will lead facilities construction, installation of utilities and lead the certification of a controlled room. You'll have the opportunity to manage ongoing relationships with external contractors so that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.Advanced Operations is leading the creation of a global team dedicated to achieving excellence in Product Transfer (PT) This role will support our Product Transfer team being a Key Enabler of transformation delivering on "cost out" opportunities to become a global competitive advantage.- Responsibilities include:_- Assume overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. The Project Manager is responsible to the project stakeholders for delivering a project's objectives within scope, schedule, cost, and quality- Lead Product transfer from site to site- Lead construction and utilities installation.- Lead New Product, Process and Technology implementation initiatives while tightly managing project spend on capital & expense budgets- Define and clarify project scope while developing and maintaining the project schedule.
