**Description**:Senior Project Manager responsibilities include helping customers achieve business value faster and progress on their journey for the delivery of Tacton's CPQ (Configure Price Quote) SaaS (Software as a Service) solution.
You will be responsible for customer deliveries and lead both on-site and virtual project teams with members across the globe.
You are equally interested and involved in developing your customer's business and project methodology.
With experienced leadership skills, you ensure delivery excellence in your assigned project.

**Duties and Responsabilities**- Driving force behind the success of our customer implementations- Consultative approach with excellent control over project financials, timeline, and stakeholder communication and management up to executive level minding strategic and business goals- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, resource capacity, work hours, budgets, expenditures, and forecasts- Deliver enhanced customer value, improved operational efficiency and an expansion of Tacton's footprint- Deliver best practices, assuring quality by mentoring, coaching customers, and fellow project managers- Improving efficiency and cutting overhead in the assigned projects- Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access- Performing billing and bookkeeping tasks- Planning & leading meetings and organizing project logistics within the project team and for stakeholder information- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings- Determining project changes or add-ons (upsells) and creating continuing contract proposals- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable- Solve escalation situations as mediator- Measure and track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team- Improve data quality in dependent tools- Assists presales teams with project estimates- Actively support the global Project Management leader to spread processes and methods to achieve a Tacton Standard**Ready to apply?
